Been here multiple times and until tonight, at about 6:30, never have I been treated like today. I needed a check on my computer. Once we were walking out the door, the much educated, probably 22 year old said, "That's your first problem, it's foreign." While I get the humor, I informed him my car is actually built in the USA (Subaru, built in Louisiana) and that most American models are not and built with 60 percent foreign parts. He had little to say. Once he got the codes, wrote them down, and asked his fellow employee (because he's not a gear head nor educated enough) about the codes given by the computer. "What kind of vehicle?" His response? "A foreign one." No make or model until his coworker asked. Seriously? I get the small town Americana crap, but really? Glad there are other options. Screw Advanced Auto. An O'Rileys opened here finally and we have an Autozone. Peace. Feedback: Not hire uneducated morons?
